Tesla Brief!ng ("the Site") publishes this policy under Article 30 of Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) to explain how we handle information and to resolve any related concerns promptly.

The Site does not collect personal information from you. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no subscription form. You never need to enter your name, email or any other detail to read the Site.

The Site uses no advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies. Traffic statistics are measured without cookies (Cloudflare Web Analytics). Essential cookies may still be set by Cloudflare for security and CDN operation, and you can refuse cookies through your browser settings. A lang value may also be stored to remember your language choice (Korean or English); it does not identify you.

11. Refusal of unauthorized email collection

We refuse any unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this Site by email-harvesting programs or other technical means. Violations are subject to criminal penalty under Korea's Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

You may direct any privacy enquiry, complaint or remedy request arising from your use of the Site to the privacy officer.

You may contact the following Korean authorities for dispute resolution or advice regarding personal-information infringement.

14. Changes to this policy

This policy applies from its effective date. Where legal or operational changes require additions, deletions or corrections, we will announce them on the Site at least seven days before they take effect.
